The fall bite is slowly starting to develop.
Panfish (both Crappies and Bluegills) are
abundant with great quality in the mix.
Catfish bite has been good to excellent the past 2 weeks. Numbers of 3 to 10 pound Channel Cats are common. Flatheads are being caught regularly with a fair number of 25 pound plus fish being reported.
Walleyes and Sauger have remained inconsistent although some boats are finding good numbers. Baitfish and rocks are the secret to success. This bite will continue to get better and better over the next few weeks.
Our ramps are in great shape, our bait shop is fully stocked including our 24 Hour Bait Room which has fatheads, crawlers, jigs, blades, plastics, snacks and refreshments in it all on a self serve basis.
